About This Deal
Each first appointment we will get a chance to sit down and talk about what goals each potential client has as well as exercise history. We will go over what I feel is likely why they haven’t been successful in the past as well as what I feel we can do together to bring the aspirations they have to life!
Following this we will go through a workout to set in motion what training with me will be like in the future.

Here at TNT Strength and Fitness I like to find out what getting stronger actually means to you. Regardless of what that is I am determined to get you to the best version of yourself that you can be! My clients see success as long as they put in the work required to get the results they are looking for. Each person has different needs and goals. With me there are no one size fits all exercise programs. Of course there are fundamental core movements that everyone should be doing but how we approach them as well as the supplemental movements is where my knowledge differs from others. My coaching background is in Strength and Conditioning and over the years a majority of my continued education courses have been in corrective exercising. I started out training clients looking to better themselves at a corporate gym four years ago and got tired of the constraints so I branched out two years ago to start my own business in a private studio to give my clients the best opportunity to be successful.
