Choose Between Two Options

  • $99 for a three-hour grilling class for one (a $200 value)
  • $159 for a three-hour grilling class for two (a $400 value)

Workshop subjects include Surf and Turf, Meat Primer, and Pizza on the Grill. During each workshop, the instructor covers cooking skills such as preparing fish, making meat marinades, and using pizza stones. Students gather around the prep area for firsthand ganders at the food prepared, with samples offered off the grill throughout that satisfies appetites for inspiration. The 30- to 35-person classes are available at the beginning of August, and they are held at an outdoor venue in Agoura Hills.
