Under the watchful eye of Cordon Bleu trained chef Chris Ponte, fresh-from-the-boat seafood that he uses in his restaurant can now be delivered overnight and be prepared to enjoy. To ensure freshness, Chris vows to deploy seafood to homes within 24 hours of each catch and selections may be ordered in whole filets or be portioned in either 4 oz, or 8 oz, portions to customers at no extra charge. The filets then come vacuum sealed and are ready to be prepared at the time of delivery or may be frozen for future use. The seafood selections are filleted or portioned the same day as shipping and are designed to supply homes around the country with the freshest catches.
