Tony Cress leads private and two-person training sessions and a variety of group fitness classes to help willing clients adopt a lifestyle of health and fitness. During his 60-minute fit camps, he mixes up exercises that help burn fat and develop flexibility, stability, and strength to keep bodies guessing. Students in his TRX classes use the suspension bands to leverage their body weight for strengthening exercises that widen their range of motion. During fusion classes, they'll incorporate tools such as kettlebells, jump ropes, and medicine balls.
In Tony's training facility, free weights and medicine balls wait to be chosen from their racks, and TRX bands dangle from a ceiling-mounted structure. An assortment of steppers, stationary bikes, and stationary motorcycles makes it easy for clients looking to add variety to cardio workouts.
