Per email conversations , I was supposed to get a photo in time for my sons year book I'm down to 6 days that I need it in. I was told last Wednesday then Saturday I would have a couple to pick from.
At this point I'm determining if I need to do a chargeback on my cc. On top of that I notice she sticks her logo in the middle of the pick-- I really hope that's not the case, it would ruin the picture

There was a lack of professionalism when we met with her. I would have appreciated an introduction. She doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner. I have not seen my pictures yet and the photos were taken over a month ago

The Groupon stated it was was an hour long session. I think we were there for about 30 mins if that. I wasn't so much disappointed about the session being cut short, but I was a little concerned that Tonya wasn't giving us more direction, in the photos we received I noticed there a few could of benefitted from her direction. For example legs or feet at funny angles, double chins. I had hoped to order a canvas of one or more of the shots but to be honest I felt none of them were really up to that standard. I can't help but be a bit disappointed because my family were over from the UK and it could be a while before we are all back together again. One plus was that we did get more images than I believe the groupon stated.
