I regret a lot to rank this service in 2 starts, but this visit was some weird for me, although the two technicians were very polite and came on time, they made a budget so higher than expected, the voucher was valuable for 298 dollars, but besides that they charged me for 400 dollars (paying in cash), no receipt was provided, and never they showed me what ducts were cleaning during this short visit, no more than 45 minutes, the most of the vents were not removed, and never I saw a hose to make any vacuum from those ducts: supply or returns.

I was scheduled for them to arrive between 11 and 1. The Technician showed up right at 11! We walked through the house showing him all the vents and returns. They were very careful with their hoses, using corner guards to protect my walls. The Technician and his help were very efficient, and were done in right about an hour. They cleaned up absolutely anything they could and made all my vents look amazing!! Every phone call or interaction was very professional. He made me feel like he really cared, and his work showed!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!
