I am more advanced in techniques and have attended a number of cooking classes, what the is the proportion of advanced to techniques to beginnning techniques? also how many recipes cooked have meat? I only eat seafood and vegetaables are there a substantial number of dishes that are made from these ingredients? Also do the classes include all meal courses?
