I had a little difficulty getting the appointment scheduled, but once they came to clean they did a great job. I had them focus on just the kitchen and downstairs bathroom since those two rooms were the most in need of a deep cleaning. Both people worked diligently for the entire 4 hours and accomplished what I wanted in those four hours. They were also friendly and wore their masks while here!

So they came early and without warning and without masks. Due to that I had the entire family eating lunch so there was an entire side of the sink that could not be cleaned. Had they come at the time scheduled it would have been empty so it could be cleaned. The actual cleaning was a so so job. We found our bathroom trash can was missing after they left. I have reached out without response. They asked where to start, I said kitchen and bathrooms. They hit the upstairs bathrooms and not the main downstairs one. They stopped abruptly mid cleaning because time was up. So I was left with the main bathroom not cleaned. Just seemed less professional than expected.
