Choose Between Two Options

During boot-camp sessions, certified instructors guide groups of up to 20 students through varied routines of high-intensity exercises designed to torch fat, sculpt muscles, and improve general well-being. Each student receives a complimentary initial and final assessment. Classes meet in the morning and evening, and students can attend up to three classes per week. Click here for the class schedule.
In the six-week body-transformation program, which begins on January 14, exercisers can work out up to five times a week during weekdays, as well as in bonus sessions held for weekly challenges. Weekend challenges are also available, but at an additional fee. Clients also get a nutrition plan and supplements to boost the effect of their workouts. Supplements are for first-time clients only.
