I haven't had them come yet. Called and set up an appointment so far.
They asked if I had a cat or dog, and said they charge $75. Extra to clean the carpet if the owner has a pet. I happened to have a short haired kitty, who doesn't shed, but that is their standard rule. I have never confronted that rule before and have had many house cleaners in the past. This should have been addressed in the Groupon ad. I don't feel this is right.

We have been calling to schedule the cleaning but can't get a hold of anyone. We sure wish they would contact us since we have already paid for it

Do not buy this Groupon for this company. Website doesn’t work. They don’t answer the phone, don’t answer texts. Can’t get an appointment to use my Groupon. Scam.

I really cannot give this company any stars because they have not honored this Groupon that I purchased in June. I followed the redemption directions, I texted, called, & when I tried to get a refund, Groupon said they can’t refund me because I am in this company’s “system”. I highly suggest you choose another company if you wanna get your house cleaned!
