We have created a 10,000-square-foot custom-built gym in downtown Winston-Salem that provides a world-class experience in every way imaginable. Our highly experienced coaches deliver personal instruction that focuses on ensuring the usage of correct form and technique to ensure safety.

We cater to everyone at all levels and motivate accordingly. Our program is unique in that each class consists of an entirely new workout, ensuring our clients never get bored.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We saw a need for an upscale fitness facility in downtown Winston-Salem, and we delivered. We pride ourselves on catering to a community of people from diverse backgrounds with a common goal: To help each other change their lives through fitness.
