I had an amazing time during the uptown tour; downtown was only enjoyable because the sun was behind clouds and a nice breeze was blowing. The driver mostly played music, the history of lower Manhattan was very minimal. I didn't use the entire deal but that's ok. I would definitely do the tour again.
