Great way to start a multi-day trip to NYC. They take you to all the interesting areas of Manhattan. Good audio tour and great choices of classic NYC songs by many different songwriters and artists to fill in the gaps. Welcome to NYC!!

A bit disorganized - Agreed with Lee - Lines are long and buses are not full when taking off from Times Square while lines are very long. Can definitely improve - and yes please extend the times for the day trips to allow people to benefit from the 24 hours tickets
Other than that, all is great - Most drivers we encountered are very courteous and gave us great customer service - Drivers are very helpful with directions -

A bit disorganized when determining redemption location and appropriate bus and person to receive actual tickets from. Audio is interesting but is "off" at times as far as synching up with where the bus actually is. Finally, though this says "24 hour" understand that it's really only during the day and the Uptown Tour ends at 3pm.

If you are using a Groupon you must start at Times Square. The bus runs from Times Square every 30 min for the first hour then about every 10 min.
Worth the money, great way to take a break from walking and see the city. Audio tour was recorded, grab earphones on your way in. Views are far better up top than inside. The inside windows are reflective and difficult to see out of.
