El tours no estuvo mal, pero la organización del personal es mala. La dirección que aparece en el link no es la correcta. Agrego que amo a los niños pero un tours a las 10:30pm con bebés recién nacidos llorando es una travesía.

The ride itself was great. The sightseeing was good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the hassle of getting on the bus. I called in advance to ask if we needed reservations. I was told not with a Groupon. When we got there to redeem, we had to wait about 45 minutes and missed 2 busses because of that. There is a reservation process,so be sure to arrive early with your Groupon.

When we got to the bus the driver & assistant didn't know how to process the groupon. They had to interact with customer service through text messages in order to get it processed. We got there 30 minutes ahead of time & it didn't get sorted out until 1 minute before the bus was to depart. What was an easy purchase became a stressful process. The sight seeing was a good experience though.

This tour was amazing! The staff was kind of rude about using Groupon vouchers because we couldn’t make a reservation on their sight. We did make it on and had a great time but the hassle was unnecessary.

It was a nice experience to see the City all lit up. We had front row seats which was somewhat enclosed with full open air seats towards the back. It was very cold so we opted for the less wind option. Great views of the area to include The Brooklyn Bridge. Headphones are free however the clarity is not the best but still usable and helpful.
