Did a great job cleaning the carpets but heavy on the up-sell of what else you can have done for cash in addition to what you purchased. I am uncomfortable with that, personally, and feel like I am sucked in to spending more than I wanted - but that's my own issue! $39 coupon + $80 in extras = more than I wanted to spend. But the carpets look clean and that's the end goal!

They were very quick in returning the call and set up an appointment. The actual cleaning is not done yet, so I cannot comment on their work at this time.

They were backed up and were supposed to arrive around 1200pm but was 530 before someone came ! Work was done in approx 1 hr and it was satisfactory!

I had a terrible experience with this merchant ... made two appointments and they missed both appointments without any notification. Worst part is I had to call them wondering why they didn't show up for appointment and then they said they need to reschedule. After the second time I gave up, I don't know if Groupon will refund my money but I am not even going to try to contact these guys again. Don't use them, it's a poorly run business that does not care about their customers.

I did not use this service as there was some discrepancy with the fine print and services provided. The person I spoke to was unprofessional and difficult to work with. He accused me of trying to scam them. He then asked me not to email him again. I will never contact them to provide a service.
