They should check their reservations. They never picked me up for my return trip from the airport. I had to find and pay for another way to get home. I was tired and it was late and I was not happy!!! I would like to be re-imbursed for the taxi I had to take home.

I found the company to be unprofessional. I had emailed with our flight numbers and on our return flight we arrived 2 hours late from Tampa. I called the limo company and was told that they could not pick us up as the driver had been to the airport at our original arrival time and we weren't there. Of course we weren't there, our flight was delayed by two hours! They told us that they didn't have any drivers available and we were on our own. He accused us of being late, that it was our fault. You would think that the company would have monitored the flight via the Air Canada website to see that the flight was late and book his limo accordingly. We have always used another reputable company that is professional and would never receive this type of service. WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY - DON'T.
