Q:

I have a groupon from last summer's offer that I wasn't able to use before it expired - can I use it this year?

Elaine B.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

Hello Elaine. Thank you for purchasing your Groupon last year; I'm sorry you were not able to use it. Expired Groupon tickets may only redeemed for the value paid - ie. your expired Groupon ticket would be valid for $10 off the regular price of the tour. You can use that any time we are open throughout the 2013 season (up to October 31).

Q:

Do you have to book the date and time of the tour in advance? Also, is there music on the boat? (I hope not.) Thanks, Kent C.

Kent C.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

No Kent C. you won't need to pre-book a date or departure time. We ask that you show up at least 15 minutes prior to departure, present your Groupons to our sales staff and they'll book you on the next available boat. As for music, it's a narrated tour with live narration from a tour guide, there will however be music played softly at some points during the tour. I hope this helps!

Q:

I need 8 of these for a family of 4 that will be visiting us this summer. Since there is a limit of 1 per person, does that mean the other 7 have to have unique names on it? How exactly does "gifting" work?? This will be on us anyway, so I don't really want the other 4 people to get these in email, I want to present all 8 together. How can I accomplish this? Thanks!

Robin N.  asked on  Apr 29, 2013

A:

Robin N. all Groupon purchases can be purchased under one name, we have no issues with that. If you're having trouble purchasing all 8 than you'll have to contact Groupon. It makes no difference to us who's name is on the ticket. Thank you and good luck!
