The Elevate training classes begin with an initial workout so an instructor can assess each client’s fitness level; over the course of the four-week program, students will get introduced to the movements that are used in the advanced boot camps. Elevate classes meet five times throughout the week. As part of the kickboxing course, you’ll first attend an orientation to go over basics covered in the class, such as footwork. Qualified students may have the option to move up to advanced level classes. Students will also have the option of purchasing equipment from Total Body Boot Camp.
