What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
My name is Shonda Bihari and I'm a NFPT-CPT and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am CPR/AED/First Aid Certified with continued education in Core Strength. I have transformed my body from 232lbs to 130lbs. I use my knowledge and personal experiences to motivate, support and educate my clients.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I always try to get them to push themselves a little further than they did yesterday. I switch up training so it doesn't get dull and so the body cannot adapt and continual progress is made. I educate them on the value of physical exercise and proper nutrition.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
At age 29 I was 5'3 and 232lbs. I hated looking in the mirror. I always wore oversized jackets and pants to cover my body. I decided that I had to change my life. I realized there are many people out there who are just like I was. I became a CPT to help others transform and take back their lives.
What do you love most about your job?
Being a trainer is much more than just barking out orders. It is VERY personal and strong bonds are made. It is an amazing feeling watching clients reach their goals and do what they thought was unthinkable. Their success, hard work and gratitude is what I love the most.
