Jean Carlos has been excellent in providing me with the type of class I had always been interested in trying. He also puts into consideration an injury I've dealt with and tailors my workouts to fit my needs.

Fantastic gym. John Carlo puts together outstanding workouts and was very attentive to us out-of-towners and his regulars alike. Learned some new exercises and improved techniques. Can’t be happier with our experience at TBT. Highly recommend!

I have only gone to a couple of classes but I thought it was great. The fitness trainer makes time to stretch the class, do weight training and then a little bit of cardio. I did not do a training plan but i feel like the classes would be worth it especially for the price. The trainer has great techniques that tweak the workout to make you work a little harder.

In my early twenties I was over weight and unhappy. I had next to now energy and my focus on everyday tasks was lacking. When I started working-out and taking care of myself it changed my life. I knew I knew I wanted to change the lives of other people. I had found my passion .
