Students can choose from more than 80 weekly classes, including cardio kickboxing, bootcamps, strength and conditioning classes and wrestling. During these classes burn 800+ calories in a one hour workout. Unlimited 30 day consecutive pass, that includes Cardio Kickboxing, Bootcamps, Strength and Conditioning classes, and seminars.
Total MMA Studios
Total MMA Studios combines multiple martial arts disciplines to create high-intensity classes that help students burn calories, tone muscles, and lose weight while they build confidence and self-awareness. During Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, students learn self-defense in the form of ground moves that include joint locks and chokeholds. Muay Thai teaches students how to use their elbows, knees, hands, and feet as weapons without whittling bones down to shivs, and cardio kickboxing incorporates calisthenics, jabs, and kicks to boost endurance and the ability to protect oneself.
