Total Sports packs 50,000 square feet of recreational playtime space with offerings of bowling, softball, racquetball, and the directionally defying action of wallyball. Wallyball closely resembles its cousin volleyball, but games are conducted within the confines of a racquetball court, and as the portmanteau implies, the ball may be played off of walls or slow-moving team mascots. Six courts accommodate eight–ten players participating in fast-paced barrier bombardment. After an hour of sweating and burning calories, wallyballers can make it up by hiking to the upstairs grill and sports bar for pizza, beer, and billiards. Friday and Saturday nights feature DJ-hosted dancing, and those who forgot to pack their dancing shoes next to their sports drink and the mouth guard they're cursed to always carry may enjoy the simple pleasure of viewing sports on multiple big screens.

All 50,000 square feet of the Total Sports facility are packed to the rafters with athletic and leisure activities. The space welcomes team play with a full bowling alley and courts for racquetball, handball, and Wallyball—a game that challenges players to ricochet a ball from the walls of the court, which is the only respectable way to play tennis against yourself. An outdoor field hosts recreational and league softball games. Downstairs, a fitness center allows for cardio and resistance training, while a spa sauna and whirlpool melt away stress. Upstairs lies a sprawling sports bar, where the aromas of pub fare, such as sandwiches and pizza, join with the sounds of sporting events screened on HDTVs.
