The customer service was a positive experience. I purchased an in-frayed deal and did not have a good experience the first time and the person who checked me in investigated matters and found out the infrared sweat bed was not all plugged in so I did not get the full benefit from it. She called me to let me know what happened and told me I would be credited the visit. Thank you great follow through to what took place.
