If you purchase the second option, do you have to redeem all three within 90 days?

no, but you should book your appointment before the expiry date, client can book their appointment for 3 months after the expiry date. feel free to reschedule the appointment date if you are not ready, but we need at least 24 hours notice otherwise there is a $ 25 cancelation fee .Best Regards, Total Touch
