Q:

I'm a little confused about "the fine print" : how long does this $39 deal actually last? The fine print says BOTH 120 days and 1 year - which is it? Do you mean that I have 120 days to "activate" the subscription and THEN 1 year to access the training programs???? or??

Patri W.  asked on  Sep 4, 2013

A:

Once you purchase the Groupon for this deal, you have 120 days to activate your membership to the Total Training Online: AdobeLibrary. Once activated, your membership lasts 12 months. The activation simply starts the clock on your 12-month subscription.

Q:

Thankyou for answering my other question. On the Training website, there are different prices for "all access online subscriptions" and for "1 year online course".... what is the difference between these and what am I signing up for with this deal? How much "access" will I actually have to the trainings with this deal?

Patri W.  asked on  Sep 4, 2013

A:

The $39 Deal/Offer is for Unlimited Access to all courses that make up the Total Training Online: Adobe Library for 12-Months. The "All Access" subscriptions refer to courses that are a part of the Adobe Library and other courses that we teach as well (e.g. Microsoft). This offer is strictly limited to the 113 titles listed on the "Included Courses" tab you will find on: http://bit.ly/1eF52Xf .

Q:

AGAIN: do you or do you not have training videos in the LATEST VERSIONS of Adobe's software, specifically CS6 extended and Lightroom 5???

Patri W.  asked on  Sep 4, 2013

A:

We have training on the CS6 but not Lightroom 5. We will be adding Adobe CC (Creative Cloud) content over the next few months, and should have the latest version of Lightroom CC added by January/Feb of 2014. Here is our New Content policy. Once you sign up with Total Training Online, you get access to ALL of the new content added to your Total Training Online: Adobe Library subscription library for FREE – for the entire length of your 12-month subscription.
