Please let me know who will acturally perform the procedure - The Doctor's or the PA ., and which physician works well with small veins . Will this procedure take care of the spider veins, or will they come back. Thanks

Glenda, patient's that come to see us fall into a medical or cosmetic category. Typically, if a patient comes in and falls into a cosmetic only category, our senior PA does the injections. He is very experienced injecting the smaller veins. If a patient requests the physician be present we can of course accommodate. If a patient is medical, the PA and Physician are both involved in the treatment. If a patient has a lot of veins to inject, it's not uncommon for the PA and Physician to both participate in the injection session. The veins do come back, sometimes in the same spot. When they come back is based on the individual patient. I hope this helps!
