Tough Temple is about community-based fitness. From our earliest days until now, we have thrived because of the people around us. We sweat, struggle, grow, and cheer each other on. John Weeks left a comfortable management position in a commercial gym to start over in a garage with a few clients and a vision of something bigger. Fitness for everyone. This was a complete 180, but it felt like coming home. This vision of fitness has seen Tough Temple evolve from a garage gym of 15 people into one of the largest boutique gyms in the DMV. As we’ve grown we haven’t lost sight of what makes this place special. Your coaches know your name, and miss you when you don’t show up. They look for you, and they ask how your family is doing.
