Jinny is an A1A artist. Her skills are excellent. I had my lips done. She took her time measuring and remeasuring ensuring she was getting the correct measurement before she did the lip tattoo. She sufficiently numbed me and kept applying numbing solution as she tattooed and showed concern for me. Her studio is impeccably clean and sanitary. The studio is beautiful. I’m having more tattoos done.
