About A Chat with Motivated Mind & Body
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We provide fitness that is fun, effective, and affordable in a completely private training space without the pressure of onlookers or fighting for equipment. Not only do we offer one-on-one personal training, but buddy and group rates are available as well. We also focus on correct form and building customized programs for all fitness levels. We are a one stop shop for fitness and nutrition!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Motivation comes from a true understanding of each clients' "Why?". Once their individual goals are established and we know why they want to achieve them, we build a customized program and start getting results as soon as possible through fun, challenging workouts. This keeps motivation high!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have a true passion for improving the overall health and wellness of our clients while keeping them safe. We are inspired daily by their results and know what we are doing is changing lives.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing our clients achieve goals they only dreamed of is what matters most. Helping a grandmother play with her grandchildren without tiring, a dad fit into a roller coaster seat to ride with his little girl for the first time, and a ski junkie hit the slopes with more vigor at age 54 than age 34.
