Strength & Cardio conditioning, Nutrition Guidance and Support, Yoga & Medation all in one fun energetic and judgement free environment. Lead by Michelle, a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher who through diet and excercise, and mindset has herself lost over 125lbs!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
With motivating music, a keen eye on clients body language & ever changing sequences Michelle keeps everyone motivated and pushing for more fit n fabulous! Modifying to challenge all body types and fitness levels Michelle makes sure no one gets left behind and no one leaves without their glow on!
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
In my early 20’s I weighed 265lbs! I had high cholesterol, high blood pressure, was lethargic and impatient with the world. I knew I had to do better for myself and my family. Through diet and excercise I lost 125lbs, half my body weight, now it’s my passion to share health and wellness.
What do you love most about your job?
Michelle takes great joy in supporting, witnessing and celebrating each clients successes along their journey, wether it be a new record for push ups, pull ups or burpees or finally seeing the scale push past that number high fives and smiles are always abundant and welcome here!
