I am 57 yrs old and overweight. I do no exercise other than a little walking. Im looking to get fit and more flexibility. would your classes be something I could handle? Are you also saying that the training it personnal with 3 students to one trainer? Debbie Z Wantagh.

Hi Debbie. The classes are for beginners through advanced. Each station has three levels of fitness from beginner to advanced and are modifiable based on one's needs (ie. If you had a knee issue, you would squat rather than lunge) Everyone works at their own pace. We start and end every class with flexibility work. The classes are in groups. Our individualized programs are designed and customized to each individual in small groups of 3 with one coach/trainer as opposed to the classes (not part of this Groupon deal) which are larger groups (with a coach/trainer) Feel free to come in and check it our or call me at 516-809-9700.
