Train and Relax
Train and Relax's Kate Matarese offers convenient options for training, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. During in-gym or in-home personal-training sessions, she coaches clients in drills designed to fortify cores and boost strength for everyday activities. A trainer certified by PTA Global, Kate is also certified in Pilates, cycling, and training for seniors. She also specializes in nutritional guidance, including dietary planning and pantry and refrigerator clean outs.
