The eight-week program begins with nutrition coaching and a fitness evaluation. Classes use a changing combination of cardio and flexibillity and strength training with equipment such as TRX suspension, workout ropes, kettle bells, air bikes, and medicine balls to boost metabolism and tone muscles. Clients maintain their momentum thanks to motivational messaging and daily workouts that help them lose fat and tone muscle. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace, and each program also includes before and after pictures.
