Tranquil Heart Yoga’s 60- to 75-minute classes equip students of all skill levels with the yogic knowledge and techniques needed to reinvigorate their minds and bodies. Instructors teach fundamental poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques during moderately paced Level I sessions, preparing pupils for Level II classes, which introduce challenging inversions and a briskly flowing pace. I thought yoga was more relaxation, which it is, but it also works u out! It also helps with your breathing. Now I understand why it's so beneficial to your body & health. The professors are great, kind & patient.
