Transcend Fitness & Performance Center
Fitness goals and capabilities can vary greatly from one gym member to the next. With 2,000 square feet of training space featuring everything from kettlebells and suspension trainers to medicine balls and sandbags, Transcend Fitness & Performance Center is capable of catering to all of its members' individual needs while following their guiding principle: help their members feel different, move different, look different, and play different, within a safe and supportive environment.
The trainers perform initial consultations with new members, designing a customized, results-oriented workout regimen intended to help visitors lose weight, build muscle tone, improve performance, and enhance their quality of life. As members progress, these regimens can be adapted to ensure that they're pushing their limits at a safe pace. Semiprivate sessions are available for members seeking more individualized attention in their daily workout, although the gym also hosts group classes that use metabolism-boosting cardio work or strength-building exercises to improve overall fitness.
