THE PROCESS IS EASY
When redeeming your Groupon Voucher(s) and completing your order on our website, a $25 administration fee will be added to your cart. The administration fee is charged "per project" and multiple Groupon Vouchers can be used for the same videotape project (ex. use 3 vouchers on one videotape project and only pay the $25 administration fee once).
The administration fee is added to all orders placed with Transfer Home Movies and includes a Dedicated Memories Expert, the preparation of your order, the processing of your memories, and communicating with you throughout the process.
- STEP 1: COLLECT AND PREPARE - Gather all of your Videotapes, purchase the Groupon Vouchers that fit your needs, and redeem your Groupon Vouchers on our easy-to-use Groupon Voucher Redemption webpage.
- STEP 2: SHIP OR DROPOFF - You will receive a "Memories Box" and a Digitize and Transfer Guide shipped to you for free. Follow the detailed instructions, fill your "Memories Box" with your videotapes, and use the included free prepaid shipping label to send your videotapes to Transfer Home Movies. Drop-off service is available for local customers.
- STEP 3: DIGITIZE AND TRANSFER - When we receive your filled "Memories Box", you will be assigned a dedicated Memories Expert who will catalogue, organize, and prepare your order. Once the "Digitize and Transfer" process is complete, your original memories will be returned and shipped to you for free.
- STEP 4: WATCH AND ENJOY - When you receive your completed project, you will be ready to share your memories with your friends and family. With our peace of mind assurance, you know your video memories can be enjoyed for generations to come.

We also offer repair services for any broken videotapes that will not play.
