Hi everyone, My name is Areeba and I am passionate about helping you transform your life in the same way I transformed mine. ' As a brief overview, I have maintained natural weight management for over 7 years! I spent my early 20's depressed, anxious and on a never-ending cycle of yo-yo diets. Even with so many diets and weight reduction routines out there, I couldn't figure out why I could not get my dream body!  I am here to take a holistic approach by also helping you work through your limiting beliefs, reprogramming your subconscious mind, release any energetic blockages (reiki) and helping you build up the self-love to know you can do it. Permanent change is 100% possible if you follow my guidelines and invest in your my mental, emotional and spiritual health just like I did. It really did take a bigger investment in my mind and spirit for me to create the physical transformation.
