Q:

Hi Mike, I am going to have to switch between the morning and afternoon classes depending on my work schedule and school. Is this permissible? Because I just bought the groupon voucher and I see where it says to enroll on the website, that you have to choose either morning or evening classes.

Reem A.  asked on  Jan 7, 2013

A:

You are able to switch between classes as much as you like. We just ask that you enroll in the class that you will attend most of the time. Thanks!

Q:

I am wondering if this would be too much for me. I am 73 yrs old but am active in that I walk on a treadmill almost every day for 1 hr. . However, I know that is not enough exercise to get me in better shape. Weight has always been a problem for me Do you have others in my age group that do this program?

carol l.  asked on  Jan 6, 2013

A:

Hi Carol, Thanks for the question. Yes indeed we do have people in their 60s, 70s, and I even have a gentleman who is 80 in my Dallas camp. Staying true to our Perfect Pace Principle, we always allow each participant to work at his or her own pace and perform only they exercises they feel confident they can perform. And we will gladly modify any exercise if needed. Mike

Q:

Mike, I am thinking about the Adriatica location...just concerned that I'd be the only guy there...

Bill H.  asked on  Jan 6, 2013

A:

Hey Bill, All I can tell you is that we have about a 50/50 split on average amongst our camps. As for Mckinney, I don't know the split, but if you aren't happy you can ALWAYS use the Groupon promise to get your money back. I will suggest this....check out our Facebook page. The latest testimonial is from a guy who has lost weight. Just saying! Mike

Q:

I saw your answer below about indoor locations but just wanted clarification that you all only have two indoor locations and that is the Little Elm location and the Fairview Farms location in Plano? Is that correct or are there more that are indoors as well?

Deanna B.  asked on  Jan 4, 2013

A:

Hi Deanna, Many of our camps have alternate covered/indoor locations for bad weather days. Which location in particular are you interested in? I can let you know their alternate location. Mike
