You are given up to three exercises to perform each month. After doing the exercises you can journal about your experiences and Cindy will give you feedback.
The Welcoming Session is 1.25 hours in length. We will get to know each other and find out where you are and what changes you want to make in your life. You will probably receive a bit of homework to do if you wish. Then options for working with Cindy will be presented.
