The abdominals, butt, and shoulders (ABS) routine is designed to stop shoulder, back, and knee pain by strengthening muscles and improving hip and spine mobility. In one-hour classes, held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., as well as Saturdays at 10 a.m., Tony leads up to 12 students through myofascial self-release exercises—which improve the quality of muscle tissue—and isometric core activation exercises before delving into a strength and endurance workout.
