Q:

Can my kids do both classes on the same day? We don't live in the East Bay so doing both the same day would be easier.

patricia m.  asked on  Dec 21, 2012

A:

Absolutely! We offer flying trapeze and trampoline classes back to back on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Once you have your Groupons, give us a call at 510-419-0700 and we can make your reservations!

Q:

Three questions! 1) Is there a cap on the maximum # of students per class? And what is the avg # students per class? 2) Since the groupon can be split between two people, can we both do a trapeze class (instead of one trapeze and one trampoline)? 3) To be clear, if we make and attend the class we reserved, we do NOT have to pay any fee? (even though we have to give you a credit card at reservation?) Thank you :)

A:

Great questions....yes, our classes do have a maximum number of students so we can keep instruction individualized and personal. We have a cap of 8 students in a flying trapeze class and only 4 in trampoline classes. The Groupon does need to be used for one flying trapeze and one trampoline class. So, if there are two of you, you would need to buy 2 Groupons if you both want to take a flying trapeze class. Or, one can use a Groupon and one can attend the class at the full price....but the Groupon is a great deal that gets you two classes for less than the price of one! You are correct, there are no other fees of you attend the class that you reserved. The only time you would pay any fees would be if you incurred any of the cancellation fees that are outlined in the Groupon. Hope to see you in class!

Q:

Hi. My son loves the trampoline but he is not too crazy about the trapeze and my daughter loves both. Is it possible that if one of the groupon we share the trampoline and trapeze between my son and I? Thank you.

Lena C.  asked on  Dec 19, 2012

A:

Absolutely! The groupon does not need to be used by the same person, the classes can be split between two people! And, we often have both classes running simultaneously, so you can both be taking your class at the same time!!
