Hi Jakob, I am a 62-year-old woman in good shape. I'm an experienced hiker at distances up to 9 miles per day. However, I have never been backpacking. I do serious yoga 2-3 times a week and a gym workout (incl. 30-min of cardio) 3x per week. Do you think I could do one of these treks? Which would be the easier? Thanks, Debbie

Debbie. It sounds like you are in better shape than most 25 year olds! Either destination won't be much of a physical challenge for you based on the amount of exercise you do! The challenge (and enjoyment) will be the skills needed to stay comfortable in remote wilderness. That's of course, where we come in. Keep up the good work outs!
