Unlike summer camps, boot camps won't require you to put on a fund-raising talent show to stop a nefarious computer company from turning Lake Cowabunga into its new industrial-waste depository. Team up to fight unfitness instead with today's deal: for $49, you get one month of boot camp (three classes a week) at TREO Sports & Fitness's Buffalo Boot Camp for Women. Sessions are held outdoors (weather permitting) at the boot camp's West Seneca facility.
Certified fitness fanatics Jason and Emily Long expertly sculpt bods with a three-bladed chisel of fitness training, nutritional counseling, and friendly motivation. The boot camp's rigorous outdoor exercises include 60 minutes of calisthenics, body-weight exercises, interval training, and crocodile wrestling, all of which can be modified to accommodate any level of physical fitness. Because the group classes promote fun team spirit, students motivate each other to take on new challenges and strive for their physical best. By the end of your four weeks, your energy, strength, and confidence levels will shoot through the roof, and, because you likely lost a few inches, you will be able to shimmy back down the chimney with ease.
Hour-long classes are held every day Monday through Friday starting promptly at 5:45 a.m., with additional sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, at 5:30 p.m. Register for your month of boot camp online, then call or email to schedule your individual sessions. Because boot camp is a natural adhesive, you are bound to secure bonds with friends if you purchase additional Groupons as gifts.
New customers only.
- The Longs don’t just tell an athlete what to do, they actually educate them on the things related to their fitness and performance, including nutrition and the mental aspects of training. – Sandra Arcadipane, THRiVE!
- I love Bootcamp because there I so much variety in the program that I never get bored, which used to be a [sic] problem for me when I went to the gym. – Mary Keegan, Buffalo 60 Day Challenge
