They did not have a massage chair, charged me $20 for removing old gel from my nails. The lady who did my nails did not talk much until I gave her my tips. Basically you get what you pay for.

I can say the office manager was polite and apologetic for they were moving from one suite to another. So the place was kind of Helter skelter, but worst of all they had very limited amount of polish to choose from.
