All upsell. By the time I was done listening to the technician tell me all of the things that he "couldn't do unless I upgraded" including the fact that only ONE register was included in the package.... but EVERY system has two (an in and and out). He said he couldn't clean the one one that I had paid for without me paying extra to do the second one - and then I had to pay to sanitize the system, and then... and then... and then.... In the end my $80 groupon ended up costing me about $600 just to clean a very simple system. To make it worse, the system didn't work after he left.... so I had to pay my regular heater repair man to come and hook of what they left unhooked. I had bought two of these groupons, one for my rental, and one for my home. After the experience with the first one.... I just let the second one expire without using it.... that way I was only out the $80 cost of the groupon and avoided all of the "required" upsell that these guys are doing. Never again...

They will try to scam you and make you pay more money for services that you did not request. I paid to get my vents cleaned but they refused to clean them unless I paid them over $200 to remove some dust from my fan in the furnace. Scam 100%
