We hold a CSP (certified service professional) certification, the industry's highest. We provide openings, closings, weekly maintenance, equipment repair, equipment replacement, renovations, and anything else you might think of. We are committed to providing you with the highest standards.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After working as a swimming-pool helper as a child, I fell in love with the whole aspect of doing swimming pools and helping people enjoy their summers by relaxing poolside.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the ability to provide exceptional service with immediate response in the Hamptons, which seems not to be the norm. We pride ourselves to be on NYC time, not Hamptons time, when it comes to customers' needs and providing instant gratification so the stress is removed and the weekend is relaxed.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Wow! I just hung up with your office and walked outside and here you are." Another was, "Your guys are magic workers. My pool cleared up in minutes after you left!" Another one was, "I have called other pool companies to fix the problem, but you guys came and had it resolved in less than an hour."
