All goods or services must be used by the same person. Camp for children 8–12 years old runs from June 20–24. Camp for children 13–17 years old runs from June 13–17. Camp hours: 9 a.m.–4 p.m. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.

Lotus SEEDs weeklong camps offer girls the opportunity explore world dance, culture, music, and their relationships to themselves and others! Group Choreography is known to help with self esteem, pain management, and studying world dances help with cross cultural understanding. Each day will center around a fun group choreography and exploration of a different culture: Egyptian cane & basket dances plus a song Kalbeliya, an Indian folkloric dance, protected by UNESCO Russian Roma (gypsy) skirt dance American Tribal Style Group Improv dance Various Folk Group dances
SEEDs is a national program that stands for Self Esteem and Empowerment through Dance. I was trained to implement this program at my studio after I met many women that had taken part in it as a teen and were inspired to continue to dance for their mental health.
Seeing the girls come out of their shells after they bond non-verbally through dance and learning about a whole other culture.
Still being called their dance momma 15 years after they took class from me!
