TriFit’s personal trainers Ed Marks and Sheila Blake took radically different routes to fitness. Ed grew up immersed in athletics—football, baseball, track—and forayed into personal training in the ‘80s. Sheila, on the other hand, stumbled upon fitness about six years ago, when her career as a stay-at-home mom resulted in some extra weight. Despite their different backstories and techniques to their personal training, but each boasts equal talent at customizing workouts and diets to oust pounds.
