What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I started this business by the grace of God, I was laid off during the housing economy collapse. I couldn’t find a job anywhere, and have a family to support. I started making cold calls, working on my website, and soon enough I didn’t need to hunt for jobs, any longer. I thank God for what we have.

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to problem solve successfully, working on networks and computers is kind of like being a detective, we have to ask the right questions to get to the right answer to solve the problems. I like being able to put people back in charge of their own devices.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Hard to top the list with just one, but one customer told us we were the best professional service they had ever received. Another customer told me that we were the only tech they had ever had who actually knew what he was doing. Mostly customers rave about our honesty!
