Q:

I'm trying to find the perfect class for me. I'm interested in learning how to make roti but I know there are different types. I like the light soft flaky kind. Would this be the Paratha or Dhalpurie class? I can't find information online or pictures of the difference.

Angelina L.  asked on  May 9, 2012

A:

Hi, the soft flaky kind is the paratha. The dhalpurie roti is the one with the seasoned ground split pea filling.

Q:

I've wanted to learn how to make roti for years!!! But I pretty much know how to make the fillings. Will you teach how to make the actual skin (bread) for the roti from scratch?

Angelina L.  asked on  May 9, 2012

A:

Hi Angelina, the main focus of the class is making the roti skins from scratch, you will mix , knead and then cook your own roti.. everyone makes their own roti from scratch.

Q:

I see that you have a veggie option, but are the roti's also gluten free? I'd love to do this, but can only do so if that is an option. Thanks!

G F.  asked on  May 8, 2012

A:

Yes, we do have a Veggie option, and we do offer Gluten Free, but it's a different price from the normal $95 class price. Gluten free roti classes are $115 dollars, your voucher is worth $95. But if you bring your own gluten flour, then the price will stay at $95 and you can use your voucher for the class. Thank you, anymore questions please contact us at event@trinisoul.biz
